These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at pinskeconsulting.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Pinske Management Consulting Inc. ("Pinske," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Pinske Management Consulting Inc. is a British Columbia corporation providing operations engineering, Lean Six Sigma, process design, and continuous improvement consulting services to organizations in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and service-based sectors.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only. You agree not to (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site; or (d) use any automated means to access the Site for purposes of scraping, data harvesting, or competitive analysis without our prior written consent.
The Site is informational. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between Pinske and the client, which sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and other commercial terms. Information on this Site does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for engagement.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Pinske Management Consulting Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except that you may print or download individual pages for personal, non-commercial use.
Information exchanged between Pinske and a client during the course of an engagement is treated as confidential under the terms of the applicable engagement agreement. Information you submit through this Site (such as via a contact form) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinske Management Consulting Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinske Management Consulting Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
